2008 Brown County Free Fair Collector Buttons 

1. Numbered Collector Buttons are available for purchase at $5 each.
    

2. Buttons can be purchased from any Brown County Fair Board member or FFA member.
    

3. Button will provide admission to a Pork Sandwich supper to be served on Monday evening, August 4, at the Entertainment Hall on the Brown County Fairgrounds.  Meal will be served from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. or until food supply is depleted. 
    

4. Button numbers will be drawn throughout the fair for various prizes:

·  Potential TOP PRIZES:  -  tickets to Valleyfair in Shakopee
                                          -  tickets for admission to Chanhassen Dinner Theater
                                          -  admission tickets to Underwater Adventure at Mall of  America       
                                          -  tickets to Old Log Theater                                       

·  Tickets to Thursday night’s grandstand show – Battle of the Bands;
·  Tickets to Sunday afternoon’s grandstand show – Tractor/Truck Pulling Contest
·  Numerous food coupons and gift cards from businesses in the Brown County area

5. Each button may win only one prize.
    

6. Top Prize winning button numbers will be drawn at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 4.  The holders of the winning numbers must claim their prize by 7:00 p.m. Wednesday.  If one of the top prizes is not claimed, a replacement number will be drawn and the holder of the replacement numbered button must claim the prize by 7:00 p.m. Thursday.  If any of the top prizes has not yet been claimed by 7:00 p.m. Thursday, a replacement number will be drawn and once again the prize must be claimed within 24 hours.  The process will continue until all top prizes have been awarded.  If any top prize remains unclaimed by Sunday, the prizes will be included in the Sunday afternoon drawings as explained in rule #10 below. 
    

7. Numbers drawn on Monday evening will be announced over the Fair’s PA system, posted near the Fair Office and posted on the Brown County Free Fair website:  www.browncountyfreefair.com 
    

8. Button numbers for all additional prizes will be drawn throughout the fair.
    

9. Buttons with a winning number must be presented to the Fair Office to claim the designated prize by 7:00 p.m. the following day or a replacement number will be drawn. 
    

10. Any prizes not claimed by noon on Sunday will be redrawn on Sunday afternoon.  Sunday’s prizes will need to be claimed within one hour from the time the number is drawn.  New numbers will continue to be announced until all prizes have been claimed.
     

11. Numbers drawn throughout the fair, including the numbers drawn on Sunday, will be announced over the Fair’s PA system and posted near the Fair Office.  All numbers drawn through Saturday will be posted on the fair website daily. 
     

12. Name of the business and the prize donated will be announced over the fair’s PA system, posted near the fair office as well as being listed on the Brown County Free Fair website: www.browncountyfreefair.com
     

13. Any button that has been tampered with will become disqualified.
     

14. In the unlikely case of two buttons with the same number, the Fair Board shall select the winner of the prize.
     

15. Brown County Free Fair is not responsible for lost or stolen buttons.
